Refund Policy

When credit purchases can be refunded, how to request one, and chargeback rules.

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of digital credit packages on Like4Exchange (https://like4exchange.pro), operated by Like4Exchange.

Credits are delivered electronically to your account after successful payment. Please read this policy before buying.

2. Digital products — general rule

All credit package purchases are final and non-refundable once credits have been added to your account, because they can be used immediately and cannot be “returned”.

3. When we may refund

We may issue a full or partial refund only in these cases:

  • Duplicate charge: you were billed twice for the same order.
  • Delivery failure: payment succeeded but credits were not added within 48 hours and we cannot fix it.
  • Proven technical error on our side that prevented delivery of the purchased credits.

We do not refund for: change of mind, unused or partially used credits, campaign results (followers, likes, views), account suspension for Terms violations, or user error (wrong package or account).

4. How to request a refund

  • Contact us within 14 days of purchase via our Contact page.
  • Include: registered email, purchase date, amount, payment receipt or transaction ID, and a clear description.
  • We aim to respond within 5–10 business days.
  • Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–14 business days (depending on your bank or card issuer).

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a bank or card chargeback. Filing an unauthorized or abusive chargeback may result in permanent account closure.

6. Payment processors

Payments may be processed by third parties such as Stripe, Paddle, or other providers we enable. Their terms and dispute processes may also apply.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page applies. Continued purchases after changes mean acceptance.
