1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Like4Exchange. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, do not use the service.

2. What Like4Exchange provides

Like4Exchange is a social engagement exchange platform built on mutual benefit. Members earn credits by completing simple, manual tasks (such as likes, follows, or visits) on other members’ public campaigns, and spend credits to promote their own links. Optional paid credit packages may be offered through approved payment methods.

3. What we are not

To be clear about our business model:

• We do not sell fake likes, bot followers, automated views, or “instant growth” engagement packages.
• We do not operate click farms or bot networks.
• Growth on Like4Exchange comes from real members exchanging support — not from purchased fake metrics.

4. Social media accounts — no passwords

We never ask you to sign in to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, or any other network through Like4Exchange.

You only paste public profile or post URLs you want to promote. Keep your social passwords private. If anyone claiming to be us asks for your login, report it immediately — it is a scam.

5. Eligibility

• You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract.
• You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account secure.
• One person may not operate multiple accounts to abuse the exchange or bonuses.
• You must comply with the rules of each social network or website you interact with.

6. Your account

You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to other users.

7. Credits and payments

• Earned credits are granted for genuine completed interactions, subject to verification and anti-fraud checks.
• Purchased credits are processed via third-party payment providers (e.g. Stripe). Prices and packages are shown before checkout.
• Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable between users, and are not refundable except where required by law or as described in our Refund Policy.
• We may adjust credit pricing, bonuses, or exchange limits with notice on the platform.

8. Campaigns and acceptable use

You may only submit links you control or are authorized to promote. The platform is for family-friendly, professional use — we have zero tolerance for pornographic or sexually explicit material.

You must not use the platform for:

• Pornographic or sexually explicit content, +18 links, adult sites or services, nudity, or sexual solicitation in campaigns or ads.
• Illegal, hateful, violent, discriminatory, or misleading content.
• Malware, phishing, scams, or fake engagement farms.
• Harassment, spam, or impersonation.
• Content that violates third-party platform policies (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).

Violations — especially adult content — result in immediate campaign removal and suspension or permanent account termination without warning, without credit or payment refunds. We may report serious cases to authorities where required.

9. Interactions and fairness

You agree to complete tasks honestly and not use bots, scripts, or click farms. We use automated and manual review to detect abuse. False completions may result in loss of credits and account termination.

10. Intellectual property

The Like4Exchange name, logo, design, and software are our property or our licensors’. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or resell the service. You retain rights to your own content and links.

11. Disclaimers

The platform is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee specific growth results, uninterrupted service, or compatibility with every third-party network. Social platforms may change their rules or limit accounts independently of us.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Like4Exchange and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, or account actions taken by third-party platforms. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or fifty US dollars, whichever is greater.

13. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, fraud, or operational reasons. Upon termination, unused credits may be forfeited unless otherwise required by law.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes should first be raised via our Contact page; we will attempt good-faith resolution before other remedies.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
